We recommend booking 12–18 months in advance for peak season dates (May–October). We do occasionally have last-minute availability, so it's always worth reaching out even on shorter notice.
Absolutely. We love destination weddings. Travel fees apply for locations more than 100 miles from New York City, and we'll provide a detailed quote based on your location.
Turnaround times vary by package: Story (14 weeks), Legacy (10 weeks), Heirloom (8 weeks). You'll receive a private preview link to watch together for the first time before the final delivery.
After your inquiry, we'll schedule a discovery call. If it feels like a great fit, we'll send over a contract and request a 25% deposit to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding.
We collaborate with you on music direction. We'll share a curated playlist and you can indicate your preferences. Final music selection is made by our editors to ensure the best emotional arc for your film.
